Fantastic service, been coming to their dry cleaners now for about 3 years, i now live in peterborough and still happily travel back to St ives for my dry cleaning/pressing/alterations. Service is excellent here and highly recommended.

Not pleased with the cleaning they did for me. I sent in a fur coat and while it did come back looking a little better than when it went in, it still was matted in some areas and didn't smell any cleaner. Disappointed because I paid £45. :(

I was quoted one price and the website said the same price for duvet dry cleaning but I was charge almost double just for an hours work and they couldn't even get the simple sweat stains out. Next time I will use one of the bigger better companies. Not happy
