Delighted! The before-after pics speak for themselves! From when we entered the shop to when the stove was installed. We were very well advised according to our needs. Rob arranged everything from Gas cut off, brick laying for a new layout of the fireplace and hearth, installation of chimney flue, stove and certification of installation. The team was professional and polite. Thanks for a wonderful job done within a reasonable budget. Highly recommended.

I'm going to give two stars because i'm sure they're really nice but to have you come out for a quote, and us have to chase it twice and not hear from you is shoddy practice. If you couldn't do it or didn't want to at least quote us high or something. To ignore us is really bad form, especially when we had to wait over an hour past our agreed waiting time for you to come to our house.

Lovely people, great service. They helped us choose and buy a fantastic woodburner which was fitted along with a chimney. No problems, only pure joy. Liked it so much we've bought the outdoor stove /pizza oven. Also delivered and put together with no problems. Would definitely recommend!
