KENT-STOVES offers a very competitive Fixed Price Stove Fitting Service for customers who wish to source and purchase their own wood-burner or multi-fuel stove. There is a huge range of choice when it comes to stoves, and we find that some of our more discerning clients like to find their own unique products for a more bespoke home.
It is common knowledge that stove installations need to be Certified or "signed off" by a qualified engineer or surveyor to meet the needs of Local Authorities, insurers, and solicitors etc. What is not so commonly known is who can complete the required paperwork and how many options are available in the marketplace today.
Would definitely recommend Kent Stoves. Totally professional from start to finish. Very helpful staff who went above and beyond. Any questions we had they dealt with promptly. We had a problem during the installation process with a gas pipe but the gas fitter they recommended was very helpful and came out the same day we called him and sorted out our problem.

I highly recommend Kent Stove, they did a great job to install our stove, they delivered on time and with a good price. The communication with us was excellent since we first made contact with them. They were very accomodating thourghout, we sourced our own stove and they agreed to get it delivered to their warehouse and they found the rest of the material to make the fireplace look like what we had in mind. They opened our fireplace and installed the stove in two days, as originally agreed, their work was very neat and meticulous. One added bonus is that they left the area very clean. During the

Kent Stoves is a small, friendly & family run business but that doesn't mean that they're not excellent at everything to do with Stoves & wood burners. Adam, Amy & Clare are all professional, friendly & nothing is too much trouble! They even helped us find a perfect marble hearth to match our room decor & accompany our new stove :-) I highly recommend them.

You recently installed another stove into my new home, once again an excellent job very professionally completed.
The job was extremely complicated in my opinion, it involved creating a fire place from scratch in the middle floor of my 3 storey listed property. The sheer amount of work required was beyond believe, just getting the stove up the stairs took 4 men!, yet there was no complaints or problems. The scaffolding was high enough to base jump from but you just took it all in your stride

Extremely disappointed. Whilst they have been very friendly and pleasant the very expensive wood burning stove they fitted for me has belched smoke from day 1. It is so bad as to be unusable!
I have repeatedly asked them to deal with the problem but frankly they appear to be at a loss to know what to do.
Use another firm with more experienced fitters.

I would highly recommend this family business for anyone considering having a stove fitted.
The service was excellent from the initial survey visit from Adam, the communication over email and phone with Amy and the actual fitting of the stove.
It was a pleasure to have the two chaps in our home over the two days the job took to complete. They were polite, friendly and very hard working.
The stove fitting was carried out to a really high standard for a reasonable price and now looks great as well as keeping the room cosy and warm.

Poor workmanship, claimed they had backed fill chimney but hadn’t (and charged for it) left us with chemical smell for over a year, (even came to property and left a mother and 6month old in the house with a lit fire giving off the smell. They damaged the hearth, spray painted walls, really disappointed. Please also note the owner of the company has reviewed his own company. Tried to offer £250 for the problems to go away. Have reported them to HETAS

Great service at a very competitive cost. Amy was brilliant on the telephone booking appointments and sourcing the stove I wanted, she really went the extra mile and found the perfect stove for me. The fitting team turned up on time and worked hard all day, the end result looks absolutely beautiful and works amazingly. Kent-Stoves are a great find and I have recommended them to friends and family already.

Kent Stoves level of service has been outstanding. Adam was incredibly helpful and friendly when he visited for our survey. We were at a complete loss as to where to begin with getting a wood burner installed in our new property let alone even know if our house was suitable for a wood burner. Within 2 weeks of Adams visit, he was back fitting our stove. Very happy with the service and quality of Kent Stoves

Kent-Stoves provided the most competitive quote and best level of service of all of the companies we contacted. We chose them for several reasons and cannot fault the job that they did for us. They surveyed our house and provided a quote within a week, provided further advice and sourced our stove even quicker.
