Dealt with Louis from the start when we were looking for our new van. He was super communicative and totally upfront about the van. He wasn't trying to hide anything at all, which was really refreshing! No massive sales pitch or pressure and he was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure the van was in tip top shape for when we agreed to pick it up and was there on his day off to make sure the hand over went smoothly. Louis, at Vans North West was extremely helpful with the purchase of Transit Custom we purchased a few weeks ago. The Van was in great condition and the purchase was hassle free. The company and louis managed to get the Van Serviced and MOT'ed within two days and complete the required works to the van. This ensures that our new employees had no down time with out a vehicle and that we could continue with business as usual. We are a growing company and plan to buy and sell vehicles using Louis and Vans North West again in the very near future.

I needed a van in a hurry and Vans Northwest was on my shortlist. When Graham phoned me to ask if I had got sorted with a van, it really struck a chord with me. The phone call wasn't about them trying to make a sale, It was about me and my needs. From that moment on, i decided i would be buying from Vans Northwest. The Garage facilities were very impressive, clean, tidy and organised, everywhere was covid safe and Graham kept me well informed every step of the way. I cant recommend Vans North west enough.
I saw the van advert on Auto trader, I was unable to view the Van as I was away with work.
After several calls with Louis I decided to leave a deposit as I was confident that the van was exactly what I was after and I wasn’t disappointed.
Louis was patient and honest throughout, I’m quite fussy with my vehicles and was over the moon when I went to collect.
The van was in perfect condition and exactly as described in the advert and over the phone.
Louis is one of the best salesman I’ve dealt with, he kept me up to date throughout the process. He

Many thanks to the guys at Vans North West Ltd, we bought 2 vans off them and they took our old van in as a part exchange for a really fair price.
