Services
We are legal advisors who specialise in the area of immigration, asylum & nationality law. We are registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) and have been approved by them to provide advice at Level 3. Our leading advisor is Annie Stirton Thomas who previously worked for the largest immigration advice organisation in the UK.
Our fees are set at a fixed rate depending on the service you require. This means that the price quoted to you at the start is a fixed rate and there will be no hidden charges. A one-hour consultation is 50. If you have a consultation and you would like us to help you with your application or appeal after the consultation, we will discount 50 from the total cost of the case.
There are a number of reasons why people want to come to the UK: to be with their family, to visit, to work, study, to seek refuge. The Home Office deals with a wide range of applications from people from all over the world. However, the system is not always straightforward as people's lives and situations are not always straightforward.
The United Kingdom is a signatory to the 1951 Asylum Convention. This means that it offers refuge to people who face persecution in their country of origin. We are highly qualified and experienced to assist people with their asylum claims.
However, we do not offer Legal Aid Agency funded work so we would advise asylum seekers to seek assistance from a Legal Aid Agency funded organisation to have their income assessed first in case they qualify for free help and assistance. If an asylum claim is refused, people have the right to appeal that decision.

As the UK previously had many colonies, this has created a complex and often confusing number of different routes to British citizenship. All Nations can assist people in understanding if they have a right to citizenship or which application is right for their circumstances. After residing in the UK for a number of years, people can often gain the right to become British citizens.
