Wills & Legal Services
Over 120,000 families across England & Wales have benefited from our Wills and Legal Services. Traditionally, we have learned to work hard for the things we want in life, protect them and look after them so they can still provide value for our children and their children. But what happens if one of you has a medical issue where the insurances will not cover you?.

Knowing that more than 40,000 homes across the UK are being sold by the Local Authorities every year to fund care costs, more and more people are now legally protecting their assets with Wills and Legal Services. At a certain stage in their lives, people will have to do something they have been promising themselves for probably 20+ years.
Services
Wills & Legal Services Ltd is a national Specialist Paralegal Law Firm with qualified paralegals throughout England & Wales. We pride ourselves on remembering that our clients have individual needs. All of our paralegals are highly qualified and able to explain all of our services in plain English without legal jargon.
If you could no longer make decisions for yourself, who would you trust more to look after your affairs - your family or a stranger from the Local Authority? If the answer is your family, then it is most important that you put in place Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).

A Lasting Power of Attorney is a powerful legal document enabling you to appoint trusted individuals of your choice (an Attorney) to handle your affairs on your behalf if you cannot look after yourself through mental or physical incapacity.Your LPA should reflect your wishes and needs.
A Protective Property Trust can help you protect your share of the home and ensure that it is passed on to the people you care about. A major concern for many people is that their home may be used to fund care costs in later life. This may happen if you have just made a simple mirror Will.

Most people own their property jointly as Beneficial Joint Tenants, meaning that the house will typically be passed on to their spouse after the first death, and to their children or chosen beneficiaries after the second death.
Probate is the legal process of administering the estate of someone who has passed away. It can be expensive and time-consuming, often taking 9-12 months to complete. Most people will use their bank or solicitor, who on average charge 3% of the value of the estate to carry out the work. For any assets you hold in in trust, there is NO probate.

DO NOT use this company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS or it will end up costing you dearly~!!! The salesmen will double talk you, by mentioning capital gains tax and telling you, you need to have a family wills trust (which costs about £3000-£4000) or else the taxman will gain everything after you pass away (FYI - The standard Inheritance Tax rate is 40%. It's only charged on the part of your estate that's above the threshold. Example Your estate is worth £500,000 and your tax-free threshold is £325,000. The Inheritance Tax charged will be 40% of £175,000 (£500,000 minus £325,000). DO NOT SET UP A

Really happy with their service.
Clear and concise, everything came up on time. I know several other neighbors and friends that did their wills and trusts with them, and never had a problem.
People that are complaining, make sure you send them your info, and write your address correctly, and be clear of what you want in your will/trusts.
If you don't provide them with the information that is required, you clearly won't benefit from their great service and you'll experience delays and issues.

They advertised £40 for a will then get here & its £595!!!! I invited her in during lockdown for an essential service on the understanding it was £40 each, but this is not the case. I would have shopped around if I had known. They are really difficult to email too. They said they would only accept my cancellation in writing too which I can't do because of a disability. Do the Air Ambulance know their details are being used by this shifty company? Avoid like the plague.

We went to a Marketing Presentation and were impressed so we
followed up with a personal interview . We were helped to write a
will that reflected our wishes in such a way that our family would not be affected by mistakes we could have made. We were also helped to set up POA for Health and Welfare , Property and Financial Affairs.

Yes we are very pleased with "Wills & Legal Services" they covered all we needed; they even changed the final draft-will on two occasions to accommodate necessary changes we required. Communication was easy, and helpful. A very professional organisation.

My wife and I received some very profesional advice which helped us to understand that how we wanted to leave our estate to our children was more complicated than we thought especially the tax side. We found Tony very helpful and knowledgable. We have recomended this company to a number of friends and cannot fault the way we have been dealt with.

We used Wills & Legal Services to write our Wills via their Charity Will scheme. Alan who met with us did a wonderful job, he was very thorough and took his time to explain everything. It was a very simple process which put us completely at ease and it was a huge weight off our mind knowing that everything was in place. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I got involved with wills and legal services through the £40 will offer with air ambulance. I signed the forms and paid 2 cheques, one for air ambulance and one for the company as my situation was not straight forward. However, after consideration, I decided I needed to consult more with the family and cancelled the transaction. In spite of the Christmas break I received the two cheques back this morning. Excellent customer service.

I was introduced to this company by being approached in a local store to see if i had made a will. I was intrigued as the offer was for a professionally written will in exchange for a donation to charity. I was then contacted by their customer service team who explained the whole process very clearly to me and arranged for an appointment at my home by a trained paralegal.
The visit in my house was really insightful and the chap was extremely knowledgeable meaning I was able to feel really at ease.
Overall every single dealings I have had with Wills & Legal services have been delightful and a
