AboutMy Will was created out of a financial advice firm which was established by Mark Rawlings in 2003. While advising clients on how best to deal with their assets and build their financial wealth, the financial advisers noticed that many clients didn't have a valid Will to determine where these assets would go after their death.
All Wills are Drafted in a way that are based on an individual's needs and are never written on a joint basis. For us, a Single Will is a Basic Will that takes into account the needs of only one person, and not a couple. Even though they are Basic Wills, they are written to high legal standards that make them acceptable in England and Wales.

Many of our clients are happy for us to store their Wills and LPA's in our theft, fire and flood proof safe storage area, for a small annual charge. If you use our Probate Service we are able to ensure that your original Will is delivered safely and securely to the correct Probate Registry, together with all the other relevant forms and documents.
