SOL Property Maintenance's proprietor, Shaun O Loughlin, has over 25 years experience in the Construction Industry. Shaun trained to become a City and Guilds Craft Carpenter and spent twelve years as a Site Joiner. Shaun then became involved in Project Management and was employed for eight years as a hands-on Site Manager; responsible for building, renovating and maintaining private, public and commercial buildings.
Shaun's quality of work and uncompromising professional standards led him to establish his own business. His extensive experience across a wide range of construction and property maintenance related areas means that quality, skill and experience are evident in all his work. Complete extension from ground to roof, taking care of all aspects to reach customer satisfaction. SOL designed this outside space, following a detailed consultation with the client. A patio was installed with a fully working chimney/fireplace completed with stone cladding, using sandstone flags to give a warm feel, all closed in with a Pargola roof to make a stunning outdoor living space.
