Our internal claim handling and administration team provide a vital customer support role. Be it accepting an initial customer request for a survey, arranging meetings with the insurer's loss adjusters, logging and progressing claim negotiations and keeping our clients fully appraised as the claim progresses.
Disten Property Maintenance are fire damage insurance claims and repairs experts with many years of experience. Working closely with insurance companies, loss adjusters and our clients, we carry out restorations, resinstatements and alterations. We provide clients with competitive quotations including a complete breakdown of costs.
Recently we were asked by one of our key clients to undertake the refurbishment of the front elevations of one of their restaurants in Glasgow. The plaster on the front elevations had begun to delaminate and as a result of this a lot of the plaster had become loose and was falling away in places. Some of the plaster mouldings were also damaged but the client only asked us to repair and not to replace the mouldings.
