The freezer had packed in, having a small child this wasn't ideal and it was tripping the whole houses electric out every three hours.
Patrick was out the following day, after 5 minutes had diagnosed the problem and fortunately had the spare parts in his van.
Very upfront about the cost of the call out, no hidden charges . A more than fair price for this mans expertise.

Excellent service, phoned and spoke to Patrick who went over the problem I was experiencing and arranged to visit a couple of days later as I had to empty and defrost the freezer.
He came on time and was very knowledgeable and proficient in resolving the problem. Freezer back up and running again, would definitely use their services again and would not hesitate in recommending them.

I have been having major problems with my Kenwood American fridge freezer and curry’s as it just packed up working all of a sudden and wasn’t even 3 year old. I had a curry’s engineer come out who told me it was basically scrap. I called this company for a diagnosis on the machine for an ongoing dispute and the response I got was amazing.
They came out to me straight away, the morning after the phone call and the fella fixed it within 20 min! I was very impressed with the service, the guy knew his stuff and was very helpful and accommodating. Great customer service.

Our Samsung American Fridge freezer failed to make ice and cooling system broken. Repaired initially by 'one of the famous companies'!!! around Sheffield cant fix it and told to discard it as it is non repairable.
Then Patrick was called just 2 visits the fridge freezer works like brand new now. Very professional and knowledgable about his job. Call Patrick your fridge freezer is in safe hands.
