Excellent service throughout, starting from a valuation which came as a pleasant surprise. My buyers were the first couple shown round by Beverly who handled negotiations very professionally. Then the sale monitoring by Eileen was exceptional. A difficult job, with both vendor and purchasers pushing her all along, was handled with great skill and diplomacy. I would give her 7 stars alone. Thoroughly recommend this firm.

I recently purchased a property that was marketed by John Couch.
The support from the team was first class especially from Eileen who even on her week off kept in touch to make sure that I was able to complete on the day that I wanted. Without Eileen I honestly believe the purchase would have dragged on as the solicitors I used were less than average. I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of either buying or selling a property to deal with this professional team.
