Libben recognises a natural progression, from someone new to any industry through to those responsible for managing work activities. Starting with a 'Working Safely' course. There is then and an advanced level for those with management 'Managing Safely' and those with directing responsibilities 'Leading Safely'.

Never book any course with them. Me and my friend book my SMSTS scores and the Trainer (Tutor) we got is proper rubbish. Her name is 'Dune'. my mate give up in 2 days but i stayd 5 days. she had many issues with other students While delivering the course. I suggest all of you that we lost over 1000 pound but you guys save your money to stay away from them. Please Find a different centre

Paul Green was my trainer for the 5 day SMSTS remote learning course,and he was perfect in delivering the course by alternate means to usual. Could not fault his style of teaching or communication, allowed all of the people in the call to stay attentive throughout, I would definitely recommend.

Booked a family member on a course so he can get a green card to work. Staff were really helpful Inc sending email confirmation details & directions etc so all would go smoothly. I passed my CSCS course with Libben a few years ago and was happy with the trainer and course. I have continued using Libben for my First aid and SMSTS, the trainers were great and would recommend Libben to anyone and the price was cheaper than the other course providers. Libben staff were very helpful. Will be using them again soon.

A few months ago I sat a SMSTS Course in Birmingham with a different company and failed,I do suffer from being dyslexic and explained this to the trainer before taking the course ,I was told I would get the training and support i needed but I felt that I never received it, I felt that I was just a number.It knocked my confidence and thought that… those sort of course were out of my reach. Recently I completed my SMSTS-Site Manager Safety Training Scheme and my IOSH Managering safety at Libben Health & Safety. The staff at Libben (walsall) understood my requirements from the start, as

Amazing people! Had been looking for a job for a while and was looking to get my CSCS but didn’t have the money to afford it. But Libben being the amazing people they are put me on a course which they payed for and even managed to get me a job. I am extremely grateful for everyone here who helped me. Great course, pitched at the right level. Enrolled 5 of my employees on a 1 day emergency 1st aid course which they enjoyed and took a lot of valuable learning points from. The instructor was very good and answered all of the questions without any hesitation. More than what we expected from the day and are looking into other courses that this company offer.
