Lee Richards is the owner and practitioner of Lee Therapies Health & Wellbeing Clinic Est 2005 in Buckingham. He has experience and knowledge in sporting and no-sporting injuries and stress related conditions. For Lee to keep up to date with his field he regular attends workshops and courses, part of the requirement of the British Acupuncture council you have to do a minimum of 30 hours of personal development each year.

Lee started his training of therapies in 2000 with personal training and sports therapy intensive course with Premier training. 2005 become a reflexologist this course was over 11 months with Oxford Reflexology with under the Association of Reflexologists. 2008 become a acupuncturist trained at The London College Traditional Acupuncture under British Acupuncture Council.

Swedish massage is the basis of most Western types of massages including sports, deep tissue and aromatherapy massage. Relaxing massage treatment is mostly slow and gentle leaving our clients with a calming glow afterwards. Effleurage, kneading, and cross-fibre friction to break up muscle knots, called adhesions.
Reflexology relaxes the mind and body helping to restore an order of balance and harmony with the body, mind and spirit. Locating and gently massaging reflexology points on the feet helps redress the imbalance of energy that can cause stress and ill health. This treatment can help with various conditions from IBS to back pain.
Yoga teacher Lee Richards has completed a 200 hour yoga teacher course with Yoga Alliance, at Whitespace studio in Stony Stratford. The Yoga course was spread over 13 months. Lee brings his knowledge of over 17 years of experience working with his therapies into his yoga classes. His classes are based on the alignment and the foundation of each pose.
