To discover simple and effective ways to stay healthy and happy, we need to have a deeper understanding. It is important that you consult your doctor and make him/her aware that you are considering alternative medicine for Insomnia, especially if it is steadily or suddenly increasing in severity.

Insomnia is a sleep. The Concept of Qi (Energy) correlates with Prana and Ki in the Ayurvedic (Indian) and Japanese systems respectively, being the basic Life Force Energy of the Universe, which is within each one of us. Forgiveness is Essential to Achieving Optimum Health There is no doubt that Forgiveness plays a vital role in assisting us to obtain Optimum Health.

As soon as the patient enters the room, the diagnosis begins. Observation of how the patient walks into the room, the spirit or lack of it in the eyes, the sound of the voice, and general attitude.
