Built-in Wardrobe systems are a fantastic way to increase space in your room and give your house a stylish feel. Built to limit wasted space by utilising the area from floor to ceiling, your made-to-measure wardrobe will always improve the look of a room. Freestanding wardrobes are a commonly used option for storing clothing in bedrooms and dressing rooms but do take up a substantial amount of room.
Take care when measuring up, it is important that your measurements are accurate in order for you to get the perfect fit on your new wardrobe. Width Measure in two places top and bottom and measure wall to wall above any skirting board. Same applies to coving. Both top and bottom track are supplied cut to size, so it is important correct sizes are supplied.

Just had these most beautiful wardrobes and drawers fitted today, we couldn’t be any more pleased! From Adam and his initial visit to measure up and help me choose what to go for, through to David and Anna in… the office who have kept in touch and finally today, Shaun the fitter is a truly lovely young man, impeccably professional and an all round lovely bloke who loves a coffee as much as I do! We decided that our spare room would make a lovely dressing room and we wanted to maximise the storage space but keep it looking fabulous at the same time. We chose Glide & Slide as they are a local family run… company and we couldn't be happier! We opted for a corner system, with the LED lights, which give it that wow factor, and the dressing table just finishes the room off perfectly. The end product is amazing and the service received has been fantastic throughout. We would highly recommend their services.

Absolutely impeccable job! I had 3 bedroom wardrobe, including one master 4 doored, and 1 fully customised study in dark oak, and also under stairs wardrobe. The whole job was done in four and half days. Extremely clean, made sure property was left as it was and not one odd thing was left behind. The workers were quiet and polite and we could work even at home.!

Really pleased with two sets of fitted wardrobes. Jackie was very helpful talking me through my options nothing was too much trouble. Wardrobes fitted by Shaun who arrived on the dot every morning, he was very polite and professional and again nothing was too much trouble. I have passed Glide and Slide countless times when driving to and from Aldridge and when it came time to getting a new wardrobe fitted, they were my first choice. From the first call/email to the showroom visit, and then the fitting, Glide and Slide have been superb throughout. Work done start of January, completed by the evening of same day. Service upfront was nice, fitter was friendly, and the design + product is very nice. This is not a negative review of the product. It's when we spotted this in the daylight the next day that we got no help with rectifying it. So as of April now, no one has made the effort to look at this in person and fill the gap. I've asked for a small piece of the same colour board to be sent out, I could fill this gap myself. But they don't respond once they have your money.

Used this local company for fitted wardrobes in a loft area. They came and measured up and gave us a quote. We were able to go to the showroom and discuss the colours and finishes and ended up with great looking wardrobes. Really happy with the fitter. Clean and tidy. Fridndly staff and very helpful. Would totally recommend.
