In this case you will need to consider levelling the floor up before you take your measurements. Our optional bottom liner will allow you to level up 15mm using packers. Floor to ceiling, if carpet is down compress as much as possible, you can lay the bottom track and liner onto carpet but be aware you may catch a thread, take great care.
Whilst the products are a genuine DIY installation, as an alternative you can measure up yourself and let our professional fitters install for you. Or if you live close by our showrooms we do a design, survey and installation service. The stanchions are high grade Alumunium, which is anodised satin silver, the Drawer units are MDF and MFC, The MFC shelves are faced with a 0.4mm melamine edging.

Doors are great, customer service is absolutely atrocious. Communication skills are non existent, we own a rental property that they came to fit the wardrobes in. Came to fit on the 13th August, we were called while waiting outside to say they didn't have the doors in stock so would need to reorganise fit of doors, turned up without our knowledge next day to fit doors. Didn't tell us job had been completed and demanded payment when we had no idea work had been carried out. Wall was damaged when fitting, which they claim was damaged prior to install, said they didn't do it, said we didn't have proof

Paid half deposit up front, for fitted wardrobes and mirrored sliders..due to start 25th May and completion 26th May.. got a call day before that this couldn't happen due to staff shortage..I was upset as I had cleared my whole room in preparation..so they agreed to start it. however, they had no doors ( not there fault)..covid...forgot the… mirrored sliders..so promised to come back on the Saturday ( as I had pre booked decorater) for the Monday.. didn't show and turned phone off...3 dates given for doors..finally arrived and were fitted, to a high standard..was spoken to like dirt ( by

Purchased sliding wardrobes from them in June. They were fitted and built well. Since then, the soft close has broken twice on one of the doors. I phoned 3 times and asked for someone to fix them and every occasion they told me that someone would get in contact with me and fix the soft close. Only on the the 3rd time did they come and fix it (this was over 3 weeks).
The soft close has now broken again!!
There communication is poor and unprofessional. They say they will phone you back to arrange to fix your issue but they don’t. You confirm an appointment and then don’t attend.

The team at Coventry sliding wardrobes have been exceptionally friendly and patient, they have been to my house 3 times and took measurements as I kept changing my mind as to which room I wanted wardrobes in. I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. Sam took the finial measurements and fitted the wardrobes, which we are delighted with. The quality is excellent but the price was cheaper compared to other companies who quoted us. Coventry sliding wardrobes included soft close doors as standard without additional cost, unlike many other companies. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and

Initial Discussion was really good professional people with very good communication.they removed the existing bi-fold door as well for me. I felt a bit dissatisfied with the designing. The designer take measurements once on the very first visit( they dont provide any 2nd visit for detail design like other wardrobe companies).and accordingly all the interior fitting are pre built. so if anything goes wrong there there is no way you can change or correct it or get any compensation. Cost Effective .

Sam came to our house to talk us through all our options for a fitted wardrobe, he was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Whenever we called the office to discuss anything we were always greeted with a very friendly service. Today we had the fitted wardrobe done, the two guys who did it arrived on time, were very friendly and talked us through everything before starting. They laid dust mats down, removed their shoes and kept everything very tidy. You wouldn’t have known they had been there. We are very happy with our new wardrobe, the quality is amazing and has been finished
