My 17 year old daughter booked a taxi for her and her friends to travel from Crewe to winter wonderland in Stoke and paid £104 on her debit card. 5 minutes after the taxi should have arrived she got an email from Crewe cabs to say that they had no vehicles available and it was cancelled. They didn’t answer the phone despite number ours calls. No refund as yet and 5 disappointed young ladies.

24/7service called 4 times dont believe there web page not reliable . I read you're response quote I said web page say 24/7 . And there isn't a shortage off signal keeps ringing nobody picking up .there is a shortage off lorry drivers not taxi drivers .lazy to work Sundays fact

Called to book and was told no availability - fair enough. However, the person on the phone was very rude and on telling me there were no taxis just put the phone down, right as I was asking another question. I won't call this company the next time I need a taxi.

Under taxi conditions by cheshire east it says you're vehicle must be on high standards. Your taxi plate is not fitted properly with the back plate and its not visible at times.i have not reported you of this offence as of yet

I have used this service twice in the last three days. Both times I have had the same driver. The reason being that I was impressed with the first trip and rebooked the same driver.
I needed reliability as was travelling a long distance by train and the flexibility to amend pick up should train be late. Wasaan important journey.
This was no problem for this firm, the communication was excellent throughout. Secure and covid secure to the extent I felt safe. Clean and tidy. Very funny stories if you want them, personally I would choose to hear them. Would rebook 100% James from Wiltshire.

Our driver just got us out of a pickle - we had our train cancelled and would've missed the subsequent ferry but he drove us across to Holyhead from Crewe safely and with time to spare. Great service!
