You will need to create a Licence Check Code on the GOV.UK website so we can check your licence for points online. If you are unable to do this, you will need to provide your National Insurance number so we can create the code for you. PLEASE NOTE: Invoices, wage slips, log books or mobile phone bills are NOT acceptable as ID. A 200 damage deposit will be pre-authorised on your Dr / Cr Card when the van is collected. If fuel used is not replaced, we will work out the fuel cost and add this to the hire charge.

The hiring process was quick, straightforward, and at a better rate than other van hire companies in the area. The owner, Neil, couldn't have been more helpful and patient with me as it was my first time hiring a van, and he was just a genuinely nice guy. Would highly recommend using CanDu and will be using them again in the future.

Reserved a long wheelbase van, arrived to collect and was issued with a standard transit, not ideal when transporting a very large long carpet. Claimed their was confusion on what I required even though I specified the length of the carpet on the phone.
Owner is a lovely chap.
Van was very very tatty, faulty electrics and had seen some very tough times, however that is reflective in the day rate.

I used a Candu Luton van to move house. The gentleman that runs it is a friendly and professional chap. I did have a problem with the vehicle but he was quick to act and drove out to me to sort with very little time wasted. The service was great, the van was fine after the initial issue and on return of the vehicle the boss was again friendly, understanding and professional.
