Philip Martin
A wonderful property which is situated in one of the most sought after locations in south Cornwall. An imposing property set within a rural landscape in grounds of about one acre and with panoramic views over the beautiful wooded Kenwyn valley. Delightfully situated property on the periphery of the built-up environs of Truro and with the farmstead hidden in the centre of the holding approached by its own private lane.

If you are thinking of selling your home, the first step is to find out how much your property is worth in the current market. Take advantage of our free valuation service from a leading, independent estate agent in Truro. We are able to provide professional valuations for probate, insurance, taxation, divorce and litigation as well as general advice on planning, development potential and legal matters.

We have a wide range of properties available for sale throughout Cornwall. If you are looking for a property for sale in Truro, St Mawes, the Roseland Peninsula or throughout Cornwall then start your search with Philip Martin Estate Agents. As an independent Cornish firm we recognise the importance of customer care to potential buyers.
Roseland Parc is one of Cornwall's best kept retirement lifestyle secrets - tucked away in the pretty village of Tregony at the gateway to the spectacular Roseland Peninsula and just a short drive from the cathedral city of Truro and tourist attraction of Falmouth. Built around a stunning palm garden, the mix of cottages and apartments, some with split levels, provide independent living in an idyllic setting.
Thanks to the stunning beaches and the beautiful countryside, Cornwall has always been a highly desirable place to live. The pandemic has given a lot of people the opportunity to work from home, so it seems that many people are moving their home from the large cities, such as London, to the smaller, quieter areas with Cornwall taking the top spot.

We had such good service from Simon at the St Mawes branch when buying our Portscatho property. Nothing was too much trouble and he ensured that the whole process went smoothly. A real pleasure to deal with.

Fine if you are a single person however families need not apply, the rudeness from the staff is not even discreet
