Please absolutely do not trust the people who work here. They steal things. It was our fault to begin with, but we had accidentally left one of our baggage inside the car we rented. We went back to the Hammersmith office two days later to inquire about the forgotten baggage and they did have it, but the inside was literally empty. We had so many things inside the bag, including lots of valuables. They claimed that the people who rented the car after us must have stolen the contents. But hey, don't you clean out the car before you rent it out to the next customer? It was a very, very BIG RED

I have always had wonderful service renting with Enterprise. Until I rented from this location while on vacation.
Upon arrival, they told us that we could not decline their insurance (which is necessary in order to have your credit card company cover you under their policy, which is free of charge), stating that only the airport location would do that. This adamant refusal with very little explanation cost us an extra $135.
There was a chip on the windshield when we returned the car (which we do not recall incurring, and do not know if it was there to begin with). Even though we paid extra

I have used quite a few rental agencies since my father sold my car when I wasn't looking, and Enterprise have really come through for me.
The first branch I used was the one in Swansea and they were pretty good, reimbursed me for the taxi I got to their office and forgot to charge me the young driver surcharge.
The guys in the Hammersmith branch were heroes. We made a booking very late at night, the night before we wanted the car at 8am the next day. The booking was made by my flatmate's mother, who is a bit mental and a very demanding customer.
