Like supporting independent businesses, especially now, and they seem friendly but I wish I had gone to B&Q. Latest issue has really annoyed me. Bought their cobblestone mats. First batch sent out was faulty, not sure how they could have gone out the door like this (see image). Criss cross pattern and dripping. Took 2 months to get replacements. "HGV driver shortage", but still, 3 weeks to pick up the faulty lot? No communication. I had to chase them up.Then only 18 instead of 20 get delivered. "Damaged in transit" apparently. Most likely someone can't count. No evidence of damage. Straps and plastic

Absolutely brilliant product and service. We bought the Rotunda and had to change our order after we paid. Darren in the office changed the order immediately and without fuss. I then cracked a slab, I contacted Darren and received a response in double quick time.
The order was delivered as expected, be
aware the pallet is very heavy and I had to help the driver get the pallet on our driveway as there is a camber on our road to the curb. The slabs look great and are just what we wanted
Overall absolutely fantastic all round. I would not hesitate to recommend Minster Paving
