I am a fully qualified Clinical Reflexology Practitioner having trained to gain a Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology, currently the highest qualification available for Reflexology within the UK, which includes Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology. The sector it comes under within the qualification frameworks is 'Nursing, Subjects and Vocations Allied to Medicine'.

This training has enabled me to understand how illness affects people and in turn how Reflexology can benefit. Through my Level 5 Reflexology training I am fully qualified in a wide range of techniques including Maternity, Fertility, Oedema, Menopause, Hormonal, NEPIP and Palliative Care. In addition to these techniques I am also qualified in Adapted Reflextherapy, Reflexology Lymph Drainage and Reflexology Aromatherapy treatments.

Modern Reflexology is an ancient art that dates back to a variety of cultures. The earliest evidence of hand and foot massage was discovered in Egypt in the tomb of Ankhmahor at Saqqara.
A treatment aimed at alleviating symptoms such as mood, improving sleep patterns, encouraging deep relaxation, reducing stress, anxiety and tension and helping to restore and maintain health and wellbeing.

Incorporating various routines and techniques, paying particular attention to the reflexes within your Muscular and Skeletal Systems, Nervous System, Respiratory System, Immune System, Lymphatic System, Cardiovascular System, Digestive System, Urinary System, Endocrine System, Reproductive System and Limbic System, via your feet or hands.This treatment involves discussing all aspects of your health.
