Say Ok Language Academy is located in the heart of Southampton, close to the West Quay shopping centre, and the city's historical landmark - the Bargate and old city walls. Right now, we are teaching exclusively online providing the same benefits as in-person classes whilst allowing greater flexibility and the benefit of having each class recorded so you can access it as often as you like.
Hi, my name's Glyn and I'm a fully qualified English language teacher from the south coast of England. I began teaching in 2015, after a lifetime of doing other things, and it really was one of the best decisions that I've ever made. Since then I've taught English to students of different ages and levels, from countries all over the world.
The prices quoted are for full payment in advance for course fees. If we have not received full payment by the start of your course, you will not be admitted to class. Payment can be made using our secure online booking system or by Sterling Bank Transfer to Say OK Ltd; by Visa or Mastercard credit cards; by cheque drawn on a UK Bank, payable to Say OK Ltd; or by paying cash directly to the School.
To help us place you in the right level class, we ask all students to complete our free online English language placement tests. It has 50 questions and should take around 20 minutes to complete. Start the test by giving us your name and email so you can receive an email with the results of your test, and if you wish, we can then contact you with information about the courses we can offer you so you can start learning English with us.

Cannot praise say ok more! I am half way through the beginners spanish course and really enjoying it. Our teacher Patricia is great and classes are engaging and fun. Say ok is a great place to learn, everyone is really friendly. Pawel is also doing a great job at making things accessible for people online Would highly recommend to anyone!

"I will say shortly before I started to learn English in Say Ok I always ask someone to help me but after two months of study in Say Ok I was able to read newspapers with an understanding of the text. After graduation in Say Ok I was helping others. I have no problem with the conversation with English go out to the pub together. Remember you have to use the language to open up and try to get to know the people and the history of their country and you will live more easily"
