There are 45 in our core team, 40% of which have between 10 and 15 years' continuous experience with us. Something we are rightly proud of. We have a comprehensive Health and Safety policy and full process regularly reviewed and to ensure our sites and teams are protected and safe. To ensure that we achieve and maintain the necessary skills, knowledge, training and experience we ensure that our employees are trained accordingly and records are constantly checked and updated and have dedicated Health and Safety specialists who advise.
