Fun Pots has always been a small, family-run business. Started by Sue and Sally in 2003, their vision was to provide a space where customers could get creative in a fun and relaxing environment. Fast forward to 2017. Both Sue and Sally decided it was time to move on from running the studio, and their first port of call was to contact the Fun Pot's community.
They sent out an email to let past customers know the business was for sale and that they were open to offers. When the email dropped into our inbox we were immediately interested. As previous customers, we loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere that Fun Pots provided. After chatting with Sue and Sally we decided that taking over the business was the perfect new adventure for our family.

Our paint at home kits are the ideal way to spend quality time with your family and friends, keeping everyone entertained, or venture outside to paint with larger groups! During checkout, please select one of our paint colour palettes. If you choose to collect from the Studio, we'll be in touch to arrange, otherwise, we'll post your kit out to you.
For a fun and creative activity, some mindfulness time either for yourself or the children, create a unique gift, capture baby footprints or spend quality-time with family and friends, pottery painting is ideal. It's simple and straight-forward to order your paint at home pottery from our online shop.
It doesn't matter what age your kids are, they will all gain valuable skills from painting pottery at home. An opportunity for some quality time together, good for their wellbeing or just a chance to keep the kids occupied. And the reason why it's such a good learning opportunity for all? It's fun to do!
Our popular parties are perfect for children between the ages of 4 and 12 years. The birthday boy or girl chooses one of our party pieces to paint with all their friends and they get to create their own signature plate with a dedicated Fun Pots host. You can also run the party yourself at home should you prefer.
We've worked with lots of local schools and education groups to provide a creative and fun learning experience for both primary and secondary school-aged pupils. We provide the pottery, paints, brushes, equipment and instructions. It can be done at schools, or when safe to do so, in our Studio. Create a unqiue hanging wall tile display for your school.

We got a paint at home kit to make tiles for our Mums for Mother’s Day. Great communication of when to collect/ drop back items. The paint at home kit was great, a lovely selection of paints and all the instructions to make wonderful footprints of our baby. Thank you, they went down a treat on Mother’s Day.

We are very pleased with our order, arrived well packed with bubble wrap for protection and was fun to paint. The instructions leaflet was very helpful with tips to get great results. Will highly recommend to others while we can't go out to get little keepsakes in the shop we can get delivered and do ourselves. I will be ordering again in the future. Thank you fun pots.

My son and I went to the pottery cafe today. We pre booked our slot. I was very impressed with the social distancing measures they had put in place. The tables were a safe distance apart, hand sanitizer on each table. We took in our own drinks, as advised on the website. We had a lovely morning, highly recommend.

This place is not just for kids - painting pottery is super fun and there's a surprising amount of skill to it! My partner and me went together. He had been before, so I felt a little out of my depth, but the atmosphere of the place is so lovely I soon felt right at home. The selection of pottery to paint is fantastic - from plates, to bowls, to little reindeer and unicorns. The staff are super friendly and explain everything to you, even teaching you a few tips and tricks to get the best finished products.
