Had front bumper damaged and small dent to wing due to hit and run,insurance company told me to use this place.After having car 2 weeks I was delighted to hear car finished but when I picked up car,front bumper not fitted properly large gaps at headlights, wing not fitted properly gaps different from other side large gaps between wing and door and front bumper, iner wing not fitted properly, paint work to wing and door orange peel effect, car had 4 new dents that it never had,car had scraps on rear door it never went in with,they also cracked windscreen that was hidden under trim only found out

Hi my vw t cross was in an accedent i had not long bought it for my partner. i am very fussy went to Birminham to get an emaculate low millage one so i was gutted when someone ran into it. insurance took it to Bridgend killwining for repair. i was nervous. waiting to see the car again. well i must put my hands up what repair i am a garage my self and this is the best i have ever seen i cant fault it well done the workers who done the job thank you Ian Brown

Critical: Professionalism
Delivery driver scraped both alloys when unloading car . Driver said he never noticed despite 2 witness plus evidence he still continued to deny this . His boss also wouldn’t listen to us and believed the driver I. Feel very disappointed by the service we have received from the repair department and the management team there.

Excellent customer service. I had a small problem following a bumper repair last week. I called the centre and they told me to bring the car back. When I arrived the management and mechanic Brian immediately came to assist even though it was also lunchtime. They resolved my problem within 15 minutes. Very happy 😃

I was directed here by my insurance company following a small collision. Have in mind at this point that my car was completely driveable. I managed to use it for work until insurance found a place for repair, and drove it to the garage myself. I was gobsmacked when they quoted £4200 of damage, and therefore my car was written off. Bridgend were rather nervy when I arrived to take my car back and get it fixed elsewhere, requesting a print out of the damage they had quoted.
