We have on-site Volkswagen diagnostic equipment to deal with the latest technology on your vehicle, such as ADAS and lane departure recalibration, which is imperative this is carried out if your vehicle has been damaged and repaired. This is the second time I used this garage for a repair to my Ford Tourneo Custom on both occasions I found the staff friendly, helpful and professional in what they do and the standard of repair work is excellent. My car was hit last month causing the full front bumper to come away,scratches on my paintwork and lights to be smashed. There was a lot of work needing done to the car but I was kept fully informed every day of the progress and I had my car back within a week. The guys do a brilliant job and my car looked brand new by the time they were done. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else 👍🏽👍🏽

My A7 was in for an accident repair through a 3rd party insurer...Eddie was excellent and fully understood my concerns about the car. Was called a week later to pick it up but on arrival I felt the new door was slightly off (I'm quite pernickety). Spoke to Eddie and he said he'd sort it, went back 24h later and the car was absolutely perfect.

Delighted with the insurance job through Aviva. After reviewing other places to take my car East End Coach Works looked like the best choice and I’m glad I chose them to carry out the job.
They picked up my car and gave me plenty of notice of when they were coming to collect it. The bodywork on my Ford Fiesta ST matallic blue needed fixed after 3 deep scratches after being vandalised.
Although they aren’t Ford Certified, they are for many other manufacturers which reassured me they would do a great job which they have done.
Job took a week and my car is back looking brand new, cleaned inside

Right front wing, bumper and paintwork badly damaged EastEnd Coachworks were out that day to collect my car and deliver a courtesy car. I was kept up to date with the repair and my car is as good as new couldn't be happier with the work and service. Staff have all been pleasant and helpful. Many thanks
