At Bromley House Clearance we clear houses, flats, garages and commercial buildings, and storage units, and we can also remove stair lifts, furniture, cookers carpets etc.

We have been working with estate agents and solicitors for many years and will pick up keys or meet with an appointed representative of your choice. Recycling is important to us and we donate items of clothing, furniture, toys etc to charities of your choice if requested.

Probate Valuations Report

Bromley House Clearance provide a written probate valuation service in order to enable executors to evaluate the value of their inherited assets or estates in line with today's market value. If you require this particular service, we would recommend you make an appointment for one of our members of staff to visit to assess the value of contents within the property and any out buildings.

Great service provided by Nick and Peter who with their team turned up on time, cleared my father's house extremely efficiently and I was amazed how quickly they did it. The house was left very tidy. They cleared the garage too and swept up the very dirty floor which I very much appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone and the price was very reasonable - thank you

We have just used Bromley House clearance to clear my uncles old house since he has died and it was left in a poor state.
I would like to say that the guys who came were very professional but also friendly, down to earth and very helpful.
They were very easy to deal with, nothing too much bother and did an excellent job and only in half a day.
Recommend them to everyone, not worth getting skips and doing it yourself when you have companies like this around.

They bent over backwards to accommodate my situation and on the day it all went smoothly ( which is an understatement) it was precision in motion fast efficient friendly affordable and compassionate.

Just used Bromley House Clearance for a major house clear. Nick and his team were helpful and friendly. Excellent service, good communications, very fair price. Job was completed to our requirements with whole property emptied - including full loft and garage and stairlift - despite the team having to work in 30 degree plus heatwave !. Nick and the gentlemen who helped him did a fantastic job of clearing my Fathers flat. On meeting Nick, he was extremely helpful and very approachable. The price he charged was more than fair on what turned out to be a bigger job than either of us could have envisaged.
