I've used event planners several times before for balloons. Most recently last Saturday for my sons 4th birthday. Large blue 4 helium balloon and several clusters of multi coloured latex helium. Staff understood straight away what I wanted. Arrived at venue on time , very efficient, very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Excellent service, definitely recommend 👌👍🏼

Ordered a balloon for my daughters 1st birthday described what i wanted over the phone , when i went to collect it wasnt the balloon i had asked for and was so disappointed 😔

On behalf of Royal Berkshire Fire & Rescue Service, I would like to thank Paul for the excellent service he provided at one of our events. Paul was very friendly and helpful with all our requests, informing us on the best choice for our venue, meeting us beforehand to ensure our event was a success.
On the day of the event, we had an issue with our venue and Paul was helpful to step in at the last minute to provide some assistance with an extra piece of material we needed. When it came to the event, we had a last minute change of plan but Paul was really flexible and installed the carpet and it

A lovely shop, for any event. I use for all my parties and have done for a few years now.
The staff are wonderful very friendly and eager to help.
So when it came to planning my wedding day I just had to ask for advice on the final touches.
However Danielle who works in the shop over exceeded my expectations, a very knowledgeable, creative young lady that really did add that something special to our wedding day.
