Holivans is a family run caravan park close to the resort of Mablethorpe. For a quiet holiday retreat we provide pitches for privately owned holiday caravans as well as a select number of pitches for touring caravans and motorhomes. We also have a select few dog-friendly Lodges & Caravans for hire and pet-free (for people with pet allergies) Caravans for Hire.

Services
We are only three quarters of a mile away from the lively seaside resort of Mablethorpe which has a variety of attractions including, a range of shops, play centres and funfairs. Not to be missed is the close by Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary and Wildlife Centre. In the early & late season there is the Motorcycle Sand racing on the beach.
Holivans, is based directly opposite the golden sand dunes of Mablethorpe, and the beach is only a short walk away. On warm, sunny days we offer our yoga classes on the sea-washed sand on the beach itself! We have provision- in case it is raining- to teach our classes in the conservatory in the Tow Bar, which overlooks the sand dunes and our Park.
If your looking for some local walks or somwhere to exercise your dog then pop into the Holivans Reception and ask for information. Holivans has put together a series of walks that will take you up through the sand dunes and along the beach, where you can find such things as fresh water ponds, bunkers left over from the second world war and an old tank which the RAF used to use for bombing practice.
The Tow Bar offers you a place to relax with family and friends whilst enjoying panoramic views of the park and the picturesque sand dunes from the conservatory. During the evenings, you can enjoy a wide variety of entertainment, ranging from live artists, quiz nights, karaoke or bingo. The Lounge Bar, which also has Wifi, provides a perfect place to unwind while watching HD TV or play a game of pool in the Lounge Conservatory.
We provide a range of caravan accessories for both static and touring caravans including door catches, hook up electric leads, skylights, boilers and boiler spares. We are Calor Gas suppliers and also stock a range of Camping Gaz, Coleman Gas, and Sunni Gas. Holivans is a family run caravan park close to the resort of Mablethorpe.

We have been to the Tow bar on quite a few occasions and really enjoyed it but we went a few days ago and we were disgusted with how the staff treated the entertainment,he was a lovely gentleman,the staff just ignored him,he had to ask them where he could get changed and then ask them to put the lights on there were lots of things they didn't talk to him about they didn't even introduce him,he had to think for himself what time he was to be on for and the end of the night when he was going on to do his last turn they wouldn't even turn the music off all they were doing was watching the TV and completely

Just returned after 3 nights here , booking was great ( email & txs messages ) we arrived after reception was closed but had good instructions from staff in email and phone calls . Site was clean and quiet. Down side pub on site wasn't open all the 3 nights we were there , and we stayed with camper van on gold pitch number 5 at the very end, very uneven for our gazebo . Would I saty again 🤔 yes will be booking for next year .

I have recently stayed at the Clearwater lodge which was a fantastic unit. All of the team I came across couldn’t be more helpful or friendly, the site is immaculate, it’s a brilliant location and has brilliant facilities.. EV charging if you need it, an excellent dog bath for cleaning your four legged friends after a trip to the beach, a great onsite bar (prices are extremely reasonable).
Would highly recommend as it’s a very professional site, from booking to leaving .

Central location to Mablethorpe (15 minute walk) Site is very well kept and clean
We stayed in our motorhome and although parked very close to the club house noise was kept at a minimum. I didn't use the bathroom facilities so can't comment which is the only reason I haven't given a 5 star. All in all brilliant site will definitely visit again and maybe use the bathroom next time 😀

Fantastic site and to me a hidden gem
The staff are lovely the site is spotlessly clean as are the toilets and the showers.
Covid guidelines clear as a bell and well observed.
Only shop on site sells gas and camping accessories but if you turn right out of the entrance then a fully stocked corner shop is only 5 mins walk away and has everything you will need.
A fantastic Blue flag beach just across the road and Mablethorpe with its many attractions is about a 15 to 20 mins walk away.
Make time for a night out in the Tow bar (On Site) for a fab night With Trev, Brenda & Geoff who will ensure
