Amco manufacture a large range of high quality plastic mouldings for the retail, audio and many other areas of industry. Using our many years of experience and extensive manufacturing capacity, we can offer globally competitive plastic moulded components with very fast turnaround times. We also produce a wide range of speaker accessories including port tubes, plugs & bungs.
At Amco we continually find ways of modernising our production and prototyping. With this in mind we have moved into 3d printing to aid our customers with not only prototyping but also small run production. A great example of this is the work we have produced for Rosemor International Ltd. Rosemor produces escalator cleaning machines, designed by themselves.
Amco has 10 injection mould machines made by some of the best injection mould machine manufacturers in the world including Aurburg, Engel and Sandretto. Our facilities include rapid prototyping and 3D modelling as well as mould machines from 35 tonne - 440 tonne capacity. Pad printing, hot foil and heat bend facilities all support the complete manufacturing requirements of our clients.
Amco was recommended to us from a common customer. We needed a quick solution to a wiring connection problem. We sent Amco the first drawings and a description of what was needed. Amco took the first drawings and helped re design them. They prototyped the new part which was approved. Then they made the mould in 3 weeks, sampled and made the production run.
