It has taken them 8 months to get back to me about my claim I then told them what I thought and told them that I no longer require their service if you want any advice on claims go to elite chambers.

Not a good experience with this company. They actively seek out people with timeshares, or in my case a points system and make fantastic claims about what they can do.
Their customer service was poor and didn’t keep in touch at all, they promised calls and never did and didn’t reply to emails.
All this and it took a year of constantly chasing them to find out we allegedly didn’t have a case.
Not good.
