Complete Stair Systems have an unrivalled selection of spiral staircases for domestic and commercial applications across the UK. These range from basic DIY kit spirals systems to more custom made models with glass and stainless steel, all in a variety of heights and diameters. We have been suppling new builds and refurbishments with 'focal point' access solutions across the UK and Ireland since 2005.
A modern staircase can transform an entrance hall creating a stunning centre piece. Throughout history, grand staircases have been used to make a striking statement in buildings around the globe. Whilst they tended to feature solely in large public buildings or stately homes, the homebuilding and improvement revolution sweeping the UK has created a demand for feature staircases in the domestic market.
Our collection of spiral staircase case studies providing a detailed insight into several of our favourite projects from up and down the country. As well as each spiral staircase supplied being unique, so is the property and the client. Each has its own history and story and we aim to capture a little of that in each case study.
Our WF Floating Staircase is probably the most open and light model we offer. Its structure creates a stunning cantilevered effect allowing the passage of light. This model doesn't require a support of structure within the wall and is considerably more economically priced that conventional cantilevered stairs.
The revolutionary Genius Stair range offers consumers the adaptability of a kit staircase with a vast selection of material and balustrade choices normally associated with a custom made model. To ensure swift delivery times and reduced costs, kits staircase normally have limited material and finish options.

Love the stairs - and everyone that enters the house says the same!!!
I helped the guys install it - every single piece slotted together perfectly and went up in a few hours - it looks stunning - like a piece of fine art and the centre piece of the house
I met with Nick Rackham as I was looking for suppliers and stairs - I immediately was impressed by the quality of the stairs and the finish - and I had absolute trust in Nick who helped through the entire journey from initial planning to supply (Nick even raced up the motorway to meet half way to give me some screws that I messed up on!)

Stairs are absolutely spectacular - a work of engineering art! They are reassuringly expensive but well worth the money and make the space look much bigger as they are see-through. We used them to access a mezzanine wardrobe for 'her' in an apartment with limited space. After-sales service was fantastic with Nick and his team on hand with solutions to minor construction issues. Thanks a million guys! :-)

Mike at Complete Stair Systems was extremely helpful providing information, guidance design tips and the prompt and effective supply of an oak spiral staircase running between the first floor and loft extension of my semi detached house. He managed commendably with last-minute changes to bespoke design when floor ceiling heights didn't match original plans.

We searched everywhere for a spiral staircase and then we found Complete Stair Systems! Right from the start Mike was brilliant and helped us through the whole process including installation advice. The staircase is a beautiful asset to our property installed to the loft conversation we did for our daughter. Even the Council commented on how aesthetically pleasing it was. The quality is second to none and so is the company. We can highly recommend.

Mike and his team helped us from start to finish, we were refurbing an old chapel and were doing all the work ourselves.
After a visit to the showroom from Devon we were able to choose and plan the staircase with Mike,we felt the price was good and on arrival we were not disappointed with the quality.
We were somewhat apprehensive about fitting the staircase, we did not need to worry, it was all up and fitted in a couple of hours including a glass balustrade.
We are happy to recommend Mick and his team to anyone in need of a statement staircase

We are so proud of our new staircase! Mike at Complete Stair Systems was incredibly patient as we kept changing our spec during the build of our house. We're sure we got it right now that it's installed!
I couldn't help worrying that the floating stair design would mean there would be some movement in the treads when climbing the stairs. I needn't have worried - they're absolutely rock solid!
Our builder hadn't seen a design like this but he was really impressed with the quality and it was a perfect fit. Fitting was straightforward for a qualified joiner.

A great company to work with. Really engaging during the design process, helpful with the technical detail of our staircase and the delivery was prompt and on time. Customer service was great throughout and they went over and above what was required when we needed a few extra parts.
