Adrian has always secured us the best deals at the most competitive rates - rates that are not available when you do a search on the internet.
I won’t hesitate to return to Adrian at EMM to get me deals in the future as I have always found him to be professional and friendly. I always feel he has MY best interests at heart. You won't get anywhere better... I've had experience with other places who not only charge a big fee but pressure you into committing. I reached out to a few providers and close to committing to a mortgage with another provider on a scheme, Gary had called me and I'm glad I answered because he actually talked me out of committing to this scheme,… he made me realise that it really wasn't the right thing to do.
I've called Gary a few times over the course of a few months for advise on different properties, he never once pressured me into anything, he gave me some advice on what to look out
