With many issues, the first session will allow us to take the first step towards your goals, thus gaining some immediate relief and further inspiration. Session time is 50 minutes. At the end of the session we agree on a plan for treatment, including the estimated length of therapy (This estimation is also based on research data on the typical treatment outcome of that type of problem).
