I ordered a set of 50 pens from Adler to use as Christmas presents for colleagues. I had a phone call from Adler to ask if I wanted to tweak my design so that it would show better on the pen - this was much appreciated!
When they arrived, I was pleased to see the excellent quality and heavy feel. I was happy with the overall look.
I will return next time I need pens and definitely will recommend to others: everyone who received some as gifts were very happy!

I have a dedicated sales person , David Rogers who is fantastic. If I can't find what I need he knows exactly what to suggest as well as a good estimate of when they will be available. The company itself has always been good to me, can be a little ott when it comes to sales calls but apart from that they really do make ordering branded things really easy. I just ordered a few things and it took all of a two minute conversation with David. Everything is delivered as told - or quicker. Massive selection of almost anything you can think of!

Been using Adler a while now after a recommendation. I genuinely mean this - I have customers asking me for one of my pens (I give them away for free) because they have heard about them or maybe lost one they were given before. People love using these pens 😂.
I've been dealing with Matt Short who appreciates I am a busy man and if I can't talk he won't pester, just calls back later.
Ive just placed my 3rd order with Adler and have no doubt it will be perfect as always.

I have used Adler a couple of time for promotion items for my business. They are extremely helpful and competitive on prices.
I recently received a call from Jack with some promotion offers they had on. He has done me a very good deal and I've now places 3 more orders for some new items. The quality is second to none, communication is very good from start to finish from the team. I highly recommend them.

Have used Adler before and dealt with Jack Golding each time. Both my experiences with jack have been excellent, he is a friendly, professional and knowledgeable. No overselling with Jack, you get a great deal and it's all done swiftly and friendly. I would recommend Adler and rest assure we will be using them again.
