David French Partnership work in all the normal areas of Civil and Structural Engineering covering Industrial, Commercial, and Residential projects. As well as the normal projects we also have experience in unusual and challenging structures such as acoustic fencing, specialist glazing and cladding, and listed buildings.
We look at the whole of your scheme as a matter of course and, where beneficial, proactively advise on every element such as your scheme layout, buildability, choice of material, timescales and sustainability. After a few delays in getting the drawings released (admittedly over Christmas period) we received them and all appears to be in good order (none of the builders we've asked to quotes had any problems).
I'll update this review once the building work is done to highlight whether there were any issues with the calculations.
