He teaches adults and children of all abilities in his current role of Swim School Manager of Likeafish Swim School. A wide range of experience in teaching and coaching swimming from national swim teams to petrified adult beginners means he can support every and any individual need.

Services
Here at Likeafish Swim School we offer swimming lessons in our learn to swim pathway from the age of 3 and a half until adult. Most of our lessons are for primary school age children. However, we happily teach children of all ages and in suitably organised age and ability classes. If your child may need 1:1 lessons we are able to offer this service too.
Non-Swimmer/ Beginner Level: Nervous adults are one of the most rewarding set of customers. If you've got an underlying fear or anxiety of the water we can help. If you simply don't know what to do and need some pointers we can get you moving quickly too. Lessons start at 20 per half hour.
Triathlon/ Competition - We are proud to have helped several people get from 'Zero to Hero' to achieve their event ambitions from Non-swimmers who go on to complete the Ironman Wales event 12 months later and those who are aiming at shorter events or swim only events too.Whatever your goal we'd love to help.

We recommend that you bring regular swim wear for your child. It is especially important for boys to avoid long knee length shorts as these restrict their ability to swim. We offer immediate start for swimming lessons where available. Choose a location and course time to suit you and we will try to match your request as closely as possible.

My daughter started swimming here at 4 years old, she hated water, she now loves it and has so much confidence with the added bonus of now being able to swim. Friendly staff and very helpful. Russ has always been flexible if we've needed to change a day or time of lesson. Would highly recommend your child have their swimming lessons here.
