We charge a fixed fee of 150.00 for an initial consultation. This covers our initial meeting with you at our office or by telephone, considering your case and any documentation that you may already have. We will then give you an opinion on the strength of your case and the potential next steps. If you instruct us to proceed with your case, then the consultation fee will form part of our overall cost of your matter.
We will advise and assist you in all areas of family matters and disputes. We will handle your matter with respect, discretion and confidentiality and make recommendations for the best course of action in your individual case. Our aim is to advise you on protecting your legal rights as well as to ensure that you retain your dignity whilst resolving any family disputes which require legal action.
Obtaining a Grant of Probate where the deceased have left a Will and Letters of Representation where there is no Will. Making a Will is a means of ensuring your wishes as to what you want to happen to your estate ( that is whatever you have left i.e. property, money jewellery etc.) who benefits from your estate ( your beneficiaries) are carried out after your demise by those you have appointed ( your executor(s).

I recently had a case settled through JF Law that had been ongoing for over a year and a half. Judging by some reviews, I think it may be a bit hit and miss in terms of who picks up your case and how smooth the process is.
At the start, there were periods where communication would be dire and I wouldn't hear back from anyone for weeks, and even months if I hadn't prompted numerous times for a response. It easily makes your case feel forgotten about or cast aside. I seemed to be bouncing between 2 solicitors who were not in communication with one another, so each stage of communicating felt disconnected

My experience for a no win no fee claim has been dealt with quickly after a road traffic accident in August last year. At first I had a member of staff called Jack that I had to keep emailing for updates and information from him wasn't ever very clear. Once my case was dealt with by members of staff liz and Laura they l kept in contact frequently during the process and had it dealt with in 4/5 months. Would defintely recommend this company.

Quite possibly the most incompetent "Lawyers" in the UK or beyond.
I first put in a claim thru' them in January of 2020. I was spoken to by a claims handler called Olivia. She then promptly vanished and was replaced by a Leah Quinn. A month later Leah also quit and was replaced by Liz Heald.
Each time these claims handlers were replaced, I had to explain the claim details all over again. I made it clear that I was unhappy with this sloppy and unprofessional conduct. I was rewarded with a 4th claims handler, Laura Broadey.
Every time a new claims handler was appointed, I was asked to resend photo

J F Law helped me with my claim after an accident I had on my bike due to a pot hole in the road. Emma Morrow was my main contact and helped me receive compensation for my sustained injuries.
