Only needed small quantity of Allen Studs, nothing was too much trouble,

The staff here are always very helpful and friendly. I usually only need automotive fasteners, and though that's not their specialty, they go out of their way to help find solutions for me. It's great to have them right around the corner.

I only needed 2 screws and they had them, 20p. No rooting around in the back of the shed or taking them out of something else.

I've used this place a few times and I find them very helpful. They seem to work funny hours, but if you can catch them when they're open they offer a great service.
