When will my order be dispatched and delivered to me? A. All orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day for a Next working Day delivery service providing we have stock available. *update* After hearing of my repeated issues, I was contacted by the manager at pt2u to apologise for the delays and issues. As a gesture of apology, they sent a makita bit set and said they would personally track the product’s delivery and send updates. It was scheduled for next day delivery, and as I needed urgently was waiting for the product, which did indeed ship, however only the bit set came! This was down to DPD, and as I was leaving for a job in Scotland the next day, I had no choice but to ask for a refund. Pt2u kindly allowed me to kee the bit set, and refunded me quickly. It was a

Very good overall service. After reading other reviews I was slightly nervous my item might not be in stock especially as it was so reasonably priced. I shouldn’t have worried as it was on my doorstep within 48hrs so very pleased. Only slight hiccup was not getting any confirmation or invoice emails but this could have easily been a mistyping or autocorrect issue. Sent them a request for invoice and it was sent within a couple of hours so excellent customer service as well.

Excellent service. The website was clear and easy to find what I needed, and at a competitive price. Ordering process was straightforward. I needed to contact the company with a query regarding size of delivery truck, phone was answered straight away and the query was resolved quickly and politely.
