Optimum Pilates Studio is OPEN for live in person classes running at 50% capacity with a maximum of 5 in a class. We are a Sports Injury Clinic, offering Sports Therapy, Sports Massage, Ultra Sound, Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Podiatry & Clinical Pilates.

Our focus is not only to aid pain relief, but finding the route problem and giving you a permanent solution. With this compiled information we can guide you to the best treatment plan, which may include sports massage, myofacial release, trigger point release, acupuncture, ultra sound. A rehabilitation programme will aid you back to full recovery from injury and back to sport.

Optimum Sports Injury Clinic, was first established in 1997 within Campus Sports University of Surrey, which then expanded and opened our Fleet Clinic in 2007. We offer Sports Therapy, Sports Massage, Ultra Sound, Acupuncture, Podiatry, Nutritional therapy, Nutrition Counselling, NLP, Clinical Pilates and Pilates classes in our dedicated Studio.
Here at the Optimum Health Studio, we offer Pilates for all levels and abilities in a fun, friendly, safe and welcoming environment. Our classes have a maximum of 9 people, to enhance your experience of Pilates, ensuring correct technique, precision and control of each exercise, which is essential for the maximum results.
Hitting the slopes? This is the ultimate class for improving your deep core, increasing strength to the stabilising muscles in your knees and hips and lower back. Your balance and agility will be challenged with the use of the foam roller and Fitball (Swiss Ball). The class has an element of low impact aerobic fat burning, also improving strength, stamina and endurance, and flexibility.
Clinical Pilates sessions are 90 minutes, and are tailored for the individual with thorough explanation to Pilates, ensuring you understand how to 'find' your core, and to perform the correct and safe exercises right for you and your injury or condition. We will start with a spinal & muscle assessment; to test spinal and joint mobility, muscle strength, flexibility & muscle firing patterns.
This a fun and friendly exercise class aimed for the 65+ age group to help reduce joint and back pain, improve mobility, balance and strength. The class is varied each week with different exercises, you can sit on a chair or gym ball. We use equipment such as hand weights for upper body strength and resistance bands for flexibility and stretching.
