All I can say is what an absolutly brilliant service I had today. These guys are professional in every aspect. They are caring, and treat everything as if it was their own. They are efficient, reliable and on time. They give good advise through years of experience in easy ways to safeguard furniture. . If anyone is looking for removals or need things moving, these are definately worth a call, and I would highly recommend them.
All my things are safely in my new home,not a scratch or dent and as good as new.

Superb! Moved our home in the pouring rain and freezing cold and snow in icy treacheous conditions. Cold, wet and slippery trudging back imand forth though snow and ice and horrible road conditions. Worked allday twice the hours expected at the outset due to weather conditions, alot more stuff than expected and problems unloading at the new address with the previous occupier not ready for us. And they did this all without any complaint or dispute.
First class work ethic, overcame all obstacles thrown at them in a very challenging day. Nevermind doing all this during a global pandemic too.

Well, what can I say? Paul and his team have done 4 jobs for us so far and we could not ask for a better service. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they handled our recently deceased mum's house clearance with professionalism.and respect. it took all the worry and upset out of the situation for us. 100% trustworthy and reliable and a very competitive price.

Was let down by another company called ANYVAN!!!. (DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.) Called New Start. From then on, things went like clockwork. They were punctual, courteous and careful. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble for these people. Oh, and by the way, they did it for a very good price. Thanks New Start, thanks very much.
