What an amazing job! From the initial phone call to Sarah, to completion of the house clearance, the service we received from Sarah, Alistair and the team was second to none. We were feeling totally overwhelmed with the amount of furniture, clothes and 'stuff' in my elderly mum and Stepdad's house that needed clearing after they passed away. Sarah put us at ease straightaway when she came to assess what needed clearing and to give us the quote, and said it was no problem and they would be able to get the house emptied. This was done exactly within the timescale agreed and the price was very fair

We asked them to clear our parents house of 70 years of belongings as our father had passed away and our mother is now in Long Term Care.
They emptied the whole house, shed and anything we didn't want in the garden.
They even asked if we needed the loft checking and hoovered right through the house on completion.
What impressed me was their honesty as they found a large amount of money under a bed and handed it over as well as jewellery and other amounts of cash found.

From start to finish the process was faultless. Sarah, was methodical and provided a very competitive quote. The removal guys turned up on time, correctly decked in masks and gloves, they were professional, courteous and very respectful. I was absolutely amazed on their work ethic especially in the heat. Sarah was so kind when she visited and did an assessment. I had 20 years of junk in 3 sheds, under stairs, spare room. She was completely at ease and made me feel confident. Alastair, Emily, Adam arrived and from the very first moment I knew I had hired the very best in the business. They never once hurried me. Decluttering is emotional and painful. They gave me time and space and were so careful with all my items. They did a thorough clean up as well. I am very impressed and would highly recommend their friendly, caring and immaculately professional service.
