When ordering from Caselio, Casadeco, Grandeco, A.S Creations Rasch and other European suppliers we use please allow up to one-two week for delivery, as wallpapers will be ordered from outside the UK and can take longer to arrive. If ordering from outside the UK please contact us by calling 01702 347949 or email us at sandasupplies@yahoo.co.uk to get a price for delivery.

Made order for items online. Stock staus advised in stock. Paid and waited. Got a phone call advising 1 item was not in stock but would arrive in 2 weeks. Waited 2 weeks, another update advising would be longer still. Kept getting on to them for an update and they advise the rep updated the item would be "early November". 19th November comes and still no update and no dispatch. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. They replied to say they would refund. No apology. The delay is frustrating but entirely acceptable. The misleading lies they kept communicating is not acceptable and says a lot

I needed paintable textured wallpaper to match existing wallpaper for a job the next day and had tried a few different places with no luck. They had it and it was a better price than I expected. Really helpful friendly staff. This will be my ‘go to’ for wallpaper ect now. Also their social distancing measures are fantastic. Happy customer 👍🏼

Very helpful i had bought Sassari Demask wallpaper from a locale shop and needed 1 more role i had bought 6 rolls but they had run out and said it would take about 1 month so found the same wallpaper and cheaper at S & A SUPPLIES and ordered on there site and they posted it within 3 days and found the roll was a lot heavier with a lot more paper and was only £18.99 a roll and rang them to find them very helpful in every way saying it would be delivered this week we got it this morning and my wall is now complete and is a very expensive wallpaper to buy but there prices make it very cheap to buy

Family run business who are the most lovely people you could meet. It was nice to be able to talk about things going on in life while ordering up your supplies. Reassuring that they know about the materials they sell and can confidently talk you through them, unlike some bigger DIY stores.Very friendly, courteous service and competitively priced. Just made the whole buying experience a good one. It you need any painting DIY supplies then look no further!!!

Really helpful, honest staff. We bought the basic quality paint and were very pleased. We also bought the middle range paint and the quality was excellent. Amazing coverage and thick good quality paint that can be scrubbed. The paint was mixed quickly and well on the premises. There is such a huge range of colours to choose from. It was better price than B&Q with better quality.
