We have classes for ages 18 months up to adult, with classes nearly every day for the early year groups. Dance Babes classes caters for ages 18 months to 3 years of age, while Sparkle Ballet teaches children from ages 2.5 to 4. Yes we do. We offer Ballet, Commercial Street, Modern Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Fitness and stretching/limbering classes, and toddler classes.
The school operated alongside another long established dance school (Reigate School of Modern Theatre Dance). Then when the Principal retired, we merged the 2 schools together. The Reigate School of Ballet is the longest established school in the area, so we did not feel that changing the name was appropriate, so we started another site (Reigate Dance Centre), to in case people think we ONLY do ballet.

We love to teach and really enjoy the interaction with children. In return, happy children perform much better in class and on stage. We strive to ensure values such as supporting each other, friendship, instilling a hard work ethic, and respecting each other is paramount. We truly believe children develop on so many levels through dance and performing.

The Reigate School of Ballet and Commercial Dance provides children with a safe and nurturing environment to grow, not just as dancers, but also confident individuals for life. Our primary ethos is giving everyone opportunities to perform and learn, and ensuring all children learn to love dance, and have the confidence to say "I CAN DO IT".
The Reigate School of Ballet & Commercial Dance has been contributing to the local community for many years, in Reigate, Redhill & Dorking, providing an invaluable service to both children and adults alike. Our passion for dance and performing arts has enabled us to help children find their confidence through performance and music, which inevitably gives every child the tools for life.
Performing is a huge part of the Reigate School of Ballet & Commercial Dance, and we nurture children from an early age so that they grow into mature individuals and performers. An abundance of performing opportunities means that all our hard work in class is reinforced - performing develops a child and fulfill's our ethos that everyone can grow and develop through dance.

Reigate school of ballet and commercial dance have taught my little one since the age of 18 months old starting with BabyBallet - now into primary Ballet and musical theatre starlight! She absolutely loves going to class and I love the attention to detail and technique the teachers show , as well as making classes fun and fresh each week

RSB has given my daughter a love of dance across a range of disciplines. She started with ballet but has added so much more to her repertoire. They actively seek out opportunities for their pupils to perform, building their confidence alongside their performance skills.
During lockdown RSB have been amazing, ensuring every child had the opportunity to dance at home with free online classes. My daughter also enjoyed zoom classes, with just 5 in a class she has made so much progress with the individual feedback. All this at the same cost as other dance schools with larger zoom classes. Thank you

RSB is a truly wonderful dance school. The wide range of disciplines offered and the extensive timetable allow my girls to learn, perform and take exams in a broad range of dance styles. The many performance opportunities throughout the year are always a highlight including dancing with Pasha, at the Royal Albert Hall and at many local venues. The RSB bi-annual ‘main’ and ‘mini’ shows give everyone a platform to shine.
