BLS English was founded in 1995 by Patrick Murphy with the simple philosophy of "teaching with passion". Since then, the school has grown sustainably but there still remains a strong commitment to delivering learning opportunities of the highest quality. BLS English welcomes students from all over the world and from many different backgrounds.
We are happy to arrange transfers from the airport/train station on arrival to your accommodation. Please see website for shared transfer rates. At BLS we run a year round adult centre (16+) and a year round junior centre. We accept students from the age of 10+ at various times of the year both as individuals and as groups. For dates of school holidays please scroll to the bottom of the page. Before you arrive or on your first day in school you will be sent an English language test which will help us to choose your class to make the most of every minute.
Intensive one-to-one courses designed exactly how you want. Choose the number of hours and the subjects that you need. We will create a personalised programme to boost your language skills in the time you have. Why not combine this with group lessons? On our Adult English programmes, you can sign up and do many exciting activities and trips while you are here at BLS English.
External Examination fees: KET 85 PET 95, FCE 150and IELTS 190 (transport to exam is extra and advised on request). Please note that younger students travelling as Unaccompanied Minors with their airline, will need to pay 50 for "assisted check-in" to allow the driver to "hand over" on the return flight.
