Usually our fixed prices calculated using shortest distance route not the fastest route. Fixed price rides must not deviate from the drivers chosen route any deviation will result in the journey reverting to a fare decided by batransfer.com.

Normal luggage assumes that 1 Medium Size suitcase (If you add height + width + length should not be exceeded more than 158cms or 62 inch and the weight 23kgs or 50 lbs) and 1 piece of hand luggage 56cm(H)*45cm(W)*25cm(D) (approximately 22 inches x 17.5 inches x 9.85 inches).The driver has the right to refuse any passenger that he feels may be a threat to him/herself or vehicle.

I have been using this service for airport transfers for many years and am not tempted to change. Obviously individual journeys vary and London traffic is abysmal, but my last trip with driver Sivapatham Rajeswaran was excellent because he demonstrated better knowledge of traffic than the navigation system. I recommend this company.

Great service. I used BA transfer during my last 2 visits to UK. The car is very clean. They were very hygienic and rolled down the window when they heard someone sneeze. They were professionally dressed. Their selection of cars were up to date. I would definitely recommend this travel service.

Am happy to share my travelling experiemce Wel Provided us great service. The driver was very helpful and would definitely give it a five star rating. The driver carefully loaded and unloaded our luggage for us and the car was very clean. Because it was so cold, the driver didn’t hesitate to turn the heating on for us. I have been a regular customer with BA Transfer and their services are incredible. The drivers are always promt to pick me up from the airport and are dressed smartly with my name sign. I made a booking with batransfer in both ways to the airport. In one way I had my driver on time, car was clean and driver polite. I got to the airport on time, journey was safe. The way back I had to cancel my booking as I was picked up by family. The refund was made straight away. Great service. Definitely recommend it and I will use in future.

Booked transfer from hotel to LHR. Driver was late so we booked another car service. Extremely rude customer service at office. Argued with me and told me I didn't have manners. Would not refund so we are taking it up with our CC company. Will never use again. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have travelled many times with BA transfer and I have enjoyed every unique journey that I have been with them. There have been no disruptions or any problems during my journeys. I often receive discounts due to the fact that I am a regular customer to this company. Before going into the details of our latest experience with Batransfer (also known as AirportOnly), let me point out that we have been using the company for years and have already spent about £1500 with them over the years.

We made our last booking through BA Transfer. This booking was to transport my parents from Gatwick airport to our house.

The booking was made for a 945am pick-up, allowing 30mins post the scheduled landing time of the flight. The total charge for this was £50.35, including a £8 meet and greet/pick-up surcharge. The booking specifically mentioned there would be no other

Absolutely appalling, another instance of driver not turning up at the airport at the nominated time with BA transfer. Call their helpdesk when we reached the arrivals hall and the operator informed us that the driver was on his way and will be there in 15-20mins due to traffic. Driver finally arrived some 40mins later after several more calls to the operator, and BA transfer would not offer any discount on this journey (although they will charge you for waiting time). Driver fiddled on his phones (yes, two different phones) the entire ride. With kids in the car, I thought this was doubly irresponsible.

Charged a waiting fee at the airport, when we had just gone over the allowed grace period time. After a red eye I didn't want to fight it, because i just wanted to get my bags inside the flat, but I was really upset about it.

Happy with their Service. Used them twice on recent (Aug) visit.
First one went without a glitch. Driver arrived ahead of time. vehicle was immaculate. Smooth drive. Driver helped load/offload baggage.
On second one, Vehicle was late but company kept in touch with me. In fact they sent another vehicle (original had a flat tire). Driver was courteous and staff was apologetic. Subsequent to the visit, I requested a refund (since they sent a different car)- and this was processed quickly

I am giving this company 1 star but simply because the site won't let me post without one. Other wise it deserves 0 stars. I can't even give this company a rating it is so horrible. My flight landed at 4:15 to London city and my flight out of heathrow left at 7:20. They arrived at 5 pm. Their excuse was the traffic but I am assuming if you are from the area you are aware of this beforehand and should prepare accordingly. I missed my flight and now I am missing my family member's graduation. This company is a disappointment and unreliable.

I have been using these guys due to their good price despite their rudeness and unprofessionalism as all I need to do is get to the airport but last week was the last straw. The driver drove as if he was a race car driver even with my 3-year old and 1-year old in the car. When we asked him to slow down and stop swerving in and out, he got annoyed. My 3-year old threw up and as my wife was cleaning up, he wanted me to pay for the cleaning which was only on the child's seat. Used to use these guys a few years ago to get to Heathrow when we lived in Finsbury Park. They were totally unreliable in early mornings and when drivers wouldn't show up they'd say "oh he's stuck in traffic"..... at 5.30am? The driver (when he eventually did show up) would say there had never been a driver before and he'd been called in as a last minute replacement which is why he was late. Happened too many times so we eventually stopped using them.
Today my company booked a car to get me to Paddington at 6am without telling me who and guess what? It's BA Transfer

Until recently, I was a BA Transfer customer for more than the last 12 months, with over 10 trips with them in that time. The below review is for a journey two weeks ago and the service we received still makes me angry.

While the ability to book this service online is great, the service you receive is totally inconsistent and more often than not - it's terrible. While there are some great reviews - I am writing from the perspective of multiple trips with a highlight on one.

It feels a little anachronistic to go to a website (or call!) to book a car these days but there are some situations when booking a BA transfer makes sense over an Uber. I love Uber as much as anyone but BA Transfer has seriously hooked me up twice now.

Scenario 1- Moving to London, arriving at LHR with all my bags. BA had a driver with a sign with my name waiting for me inside the airport- sweet!

Scenario 2- You know you need to get to LGW during peak travel time and dont want to get stuck waiting or surging. I booked a car the night before my flight and knew I'd be good to go in the morning

I will NEVER use this company again! I made a reservation online a week ago to be picked up at 6AM to be taken to Gatwick Airport. 5 minutes before their scheduled arrival time, a very rude man called my cell, let it ring once, and hung up. Thank goodness I decided to call back the number to see who was calling. The rude man picked up and informed me without the slightest worry in his voice that the car that was supposed to come pick me up broke down and that another one was going to come and pick me up but 20 minutes later! Where did they think I was going? To a concert? Or to a casual stroll

These guys have nothing to do with British Airways so their name is slightly odd, but I've used them a few times and they've always been reliable and on time. Cars are modern and clean. Drivers have been fine except for one who charged me an additional £5 for an extra passenger who decided to come along at the last minute (the price should not have changed) but their customer service team resolved it and refunded it for me. Cheaper than 2 tickets on the Heathrow Express - a no brainer really!

I booked BA transfer on a recommendation from a colleague. During the tube strike, they picked me up in a really timely manner from my office in central London, and whizzed me out to terminal 5. On the way home, the driver was patiently waiting for me at arrivals with a sign which said my name. So easy. I would recommend to others and it's very, very competitive price wise. The drivers drive better than most other minicab agencies I've experienced and the office was pretty reasonable at sorting out a change of drop off for me.

Excellent Value. We booked this company based on references we found on a cruise site for a transfer from Heathrow to Harwich. The two of us had four bags total. We expected that we would probably do something different when we came back, but liked the service and value so much that we booked them again to take us to our hotel in Chelsea when our cruise returned. Then we found that they were less expensive than a "regular taxi" or the Hilton's shuttle service to take us back to Heathrow. Each of the three times the driver was on time. I booked BA Transfer for bringing my parents to and from the airport this week, and we had a nice experience with them. You can book online which is good for people like me who don't really like using phones and who also don't have good reception where they live. You can also either pay online, over the phone, or by cash to the driver. You could also book a return journey for a later date, if I remember for a small discount. When looking around other minicab websites, this one seemed the least expensive, and they even have a deal that you get around 10-15% off for creating an account

My parents and I were in the UK for a cruise in June of 2011. We used BA Transfer three times (from Heathrow to Dover, Dover to Central London, and London to Heathrow). Each time, the driver had already been waiting at least five minutes before our agreed-upon time. The drivers were professional and very friendly. We felt safe with their driving as well.

I booked online through their website about one week in advance of my pick-up. I booked a return trip to Heathrow Airport from Stanmore (HA7) for an 8 passenger van at a cost of 100 pounds.


The driver arrived to our home about 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time which allowed us to load up and depart on time. He had the reserved car seats available and installed. He was also very courteous and both careful and efficient in handling our luggage. He provided a safe and swift service to Terminal 5. After helping us to unload we gave a tip and went our merry way.
