I booked in advance a car but the car didn’t turn up in time and the driver was only notified of my booking when I called to inquire about the whereabouts of my taxi.
Why bother booking in advance?
Very disappointed.
The driver was very professional and tried is best to take me to my destination in time.
I have been using Angel’s car for more than 10 years.
At the beginning, they were always on time or earlier but my past bookings have been a disaster, always late.

It's pot luck with this company - been using them for airport transfers for more than 6 years & their residential pickup service is always reliable, but their airport pickup service is really bad, totally unreliable. Lately they've been quoting a price online, then hours before your pickup they call saying the price is more because of some utter lie, leaving you with no alternative but to accept it as it's just hours away from pickup time! Their staff are useless, when you call them it's like talking to a brick wall - unhelpful, disinterested, no solutions. If you can book elsewhere, you should

Very bad and unpleasant experience with this company. Although the driver called saying he was already at the airport just waiting for us, we had to wait him 40 min at 1 am in the car park as he clearly pretended being looking for us.
I was not even able to reach him over the phone while being promised by the back office to be called back which happened after half an hour as who knows what he was doing while we were waiting.
When he arrived he didn't even apologize and on top of that he was not even wearing a face mask although we are in the middle of a pandemic with 180,000 infections per day

Left waiting at airport for 1.5 hours with 2 children after arriving at Heathrow.
Constantly lying about location of driver, in the end they cancelled the booking saying the driver went home. Book Uber in the end. Never using angel again!!! Be warned!!!

It's has been incredibly disappointing. We have been using Angels Cars for year's and this time they let us down big time. We were flying back from Amsterdam and suppose to arrive at 4 pm, so I booked our pick up at 4.45 pm. We had a 10 minutes delay. At 4.58 pm I have received a call from a company informing me that the driver has left as we were a few minutes away from the entrance. They offer to book another taxi for us, but we need to wait for another 45 minutes at least. We will never use it again and not recommend it to anyone. Just a disgrace.

I placed an airport taxi, a 6 person people carrier at extra cost, to enable additional distance from the driver to prevent risk of Covid.
The company were great in they called to say driver would be late, but the car that arrived was not a people carrier, was a battered Toyota that stank of cigarettes and the driver DID NOT WEAR A MASK! In this current situation, this is most important. Not the best first ride. And they haven't responded to my concern.

I was feeling quite anxious about flying to New York - having not flown for three years and with all the extra paperwork required due to Covid. At the last minute they pulled the flight forward 50 minutes - which meant getting the first tube was out of the question. Having never used Angel Cars I didn’t know what they’d be like - and I’d be out of options at 4.30AM! I neednt have worried. They confirmed my booking via text. They texted me when the driver set off (3.30AM!) and I could track his progress - meaning I could come down at the perfect time. My driver - was super prompt and a superb

Booked 24 hours before hand for Airport drop off. Cab driver calls 30mins before asking me to cancel the Cab. Angels Car customer service reassured Car will come on time. Guess what.. he dint come. Cab service dint have any other car to send. Almost missed my flight, struggle getting a cab last minute and payed double

Avoid like the plague. Even though it was a long standing booking They let me down.totally left me stranded. I’m disabled and a wheelchair user .whilst at Wembley stadium the controller rang me to say no driver would collect me. He was rude. Unhelpful really couldn’t have cared any rless.i was in a panic My evening totally ruined ffs. Shame on you angel cars

Avoid at all costs. It is the cheapest cab company for a reason - the service is deplorable, the staff are rude and the drivers are never ever on time. The worst part is how much the dispatchers lie to customers - if I had a pound for the number of times I was told that my cab was "15 min away" and never showed up, I would be a rich man.
I put up with this company for a few years but never again. It's just not worth the stress!

Worst cab company I have ever used. Absolute lies from the get go and the most unprofessional behaviour I have ever encountered.
Right from get go, I confirmed the price including parking! Asked twice but when it came to dropping they charged more stating it was a parking fee! I said I asked from before to which they didn’t say but screamed saying… pay or you can’t get your stuff! (Oh not to mention it was my mum visiting us!) I told them to play their recordings to check the call, though they obviously and conveniently couldn’t do this over the phone!

Had an absolutely terrifying experience back in may. Had a 3am pick up and drop off at Gatwick. From the moment we got in the car, I felt something wasn’t right. The driver was driving really slow and the car was jolting. I gave the driver a chance to get going, then 15 minutes into our journey we nearly crashed into the back of a stationary car at… some traffic lights.
