We can work with you remotely, or on-site at your business premises, as we offer both virtual assistant (VA) and office assistant services, or a mixture of both!

Hi, I'm Sue Cliff, Managing Director of Proactive Assistants. We offer professional and friendly proactive business support or virtual assistant services. Our job is to make your job easier, by helping you complete all the tasks that you either don't have time to do, don't like to do, don't want to do or that are just not really cost-effective for you to do!
Let's face it, there are a LOT of administrative tasks involved in running a business. Whether that's just trying to keep on top of general correspondence, looking after your bookkeeping, updating your CRM systems, dealing with HR and Health and Safety tasks or working on your marketing (website updates, social media posts etc.). the work is endless.
When you need to document what was discussed, agreed and actioned at a meeting, you need a professional minute-taker to create an impartial and accurate record of the discussions. At Proactive Assistants, we are happy to attend meetings to take minutes.

In person if the location is feasible (around Staffordshire, Derbyshire and West Midlands) or alternatively we may be able to join the meeting remotely or can transcribe minutes from a recording of the meeting if one can be provided.We'll then type up contemporaneous notes and produce a final document for circulation shortly afterwards.
Diary management is a complicated and time-consuming, yet essential task for all business owners. Whether you're trying to arrange a meeting which involves co-ordinating the diaries of several busy people, or arranging a last-minute international business trip (with flights, accommodation, itinerary and currencies to manage) we can help.
Businesses get inundated with correspondence, especially via email. Trying to manage all the messages can easily become a full-time job in itself, trying to sift the important client correspondence from the junk. Whilst you don't want to waste your precious hours sifting through your inbox or paper shuffling your post, you can't run the risk of missing that one important message.
